WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We happily accept returns within 14-days after delivery date.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.
2. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
We will not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
The items must be returned via registered mail with signature upon arrival – Amélyph will not be responsible for lost shipments that were shipped in any other way and without a sighed proof of delivery.
we can't take back garments that were custom made for you. These are especially made for you. Only if somethings wrong with the fabric before using, you can always contact me at instagram DM or email.
• If you want to return something from the sale section you will get a voucher instead of your money back.
• Please always measure your clothes and body to be sure your item will fit. Don't hesitate sending me an email or a DM for information about the product to avoid having to return your items.

Please note:
• cosmetic product can NOT be returned.
•Customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges incurred on the returned item(s).
• We charge you with €5 in a form of service costs if you return your whole order.
• We cannot collect returns from any other address or postal point.
• You will get a €5 discount if you decide to purchase another item within 5 working days after your return.
• our prices may get higher to the due of changes between our atelier and fabric retailer.
HOW DO I INISIATE A RETURN?
- To initiate a return, please send an email to: info@amelyph.com using the same e-mail address used to order the items. Please place in the subject of the email the word RETURN and add your order number (example: RETURN #10099).
- Once we have approved your request return request you will receive an automatic email with the further steps.
*In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery by contacting our customer service via email.
